This article investigates the challenges of application international law in a domestic setting as depicted ongoing trial Thomas Kwoyelo. Kwoyelo, former child soldier and commander Lord's Resistance Army, is being prosecuted for commission inter alia murder, kidnapping with intent to pillaging, all war crimes against humanity under International Humanitarian Law, Customary Law Penal Code Act Uganda. He currently standing at Crimes Division High Court unique test Ugandan judiciary, it faced its first prosecution an individual charged law.
